Bhubaneswar: The Orissa Government formed a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) named as Lanjigarh Project Area Development Foundation (LPADF) as suggested by the Supreme Court to boost the development of primitive tribes of the state. This programme will benefit tribal communities like Kutia Kondh and Dongaria Kondh on priority basis.
